Service Providers

We may disclose information to companies that perform services for us, including hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, subscription management, customer support, communications, analytics, fraud prevention, advertising, and other business services.

Advertising and Analytics Partners

We may disclose identifiers, device and internet activity information, transaction or conversion information, and related information to advertising and analytics partners to understand use of the Services, measure advertising, understand audiences, and provide advertising that may be more relevant to users.

Certain privacy laws may treat some of these activities as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use of personal information for “targeted advertising,” even where no money is exchanged for the information. Where required by applicable law, you may opt out as described below.

Business Partners and Promotions

We may disclose information to business partners where reasonably necessary to operate a promotion, event, contest, sweepstakes, collaboration, or other offering, subject to any additional disclosures provided with that offering.

Legal and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect CREEM or others, investigate fraud or unlawful activity, enforce our agreements, or protect the security of the Services.

Business Transactions

Personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

At Your Direction

We may disclose information when you direct us or consent to the disclosure.

We may also use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, subject to applicable law.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

CREEM and our service providers and partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising and marketing.

Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others may be used for analytics, personalization, or advertising.

You may manage certain cookie and advertising preferences through the privacy controls made available on our Services and through settings available in your browser or device.

Where required by applicable law, CREEM recognizes qualifying browser-based or universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities.

Your privacy choices may apply only to the browser or device from which they are submitted unless otherwise required by law.

5. Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from CREEM marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

If CREEM offers marketing text messages, you may opt out using the instructions provided with those messages.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may continue to send non-marketing communications, including order confirmations, subscription and renewal notices, payment notices, customer-service communications, and other transactional or administrative messages.

6. U.S. Privacy Rights

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit certain requests on your behalf. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or authority before completing a request and may deny or limit a request where permitted by applicable law.
