Cancellation policy

Renewals and Cancellations

Your subscription will automatically renew in the month/year you subscribed unless you cancel. The renewal date, term, and rate may change at each renewal anniversary. Before each annual renewal, we will send a notice to the email address you provided us with the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, we will charge the payment method on file. If you subscribed under a special introductory offer or promotion, you are subject to the terms of the offer you accepted and, unless you cancel within the time frame presented in the offer (if applicable), the applicable regular fee for the services you selected will be posted to your payment method after the introductory offer or trial period is completed. We reserve the right to limit any introductory or trial offer to one per person/household.

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds after a subscription has been purchased or renewed. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of your then-current subscription term.

Annual fan club gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund. If you have received your annual fan club gift, the retail value ($60) shall be deducted from the applicable refund.

Cancellations cannot be managed via PayPal, Shop Pay, or other third-party payment platform.

Preorders

All preorders are charged at the time of purchase.

Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page but are subject to change due to production schedules, shipping delays, or other unforeseen issues. If anything shifts, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

Preorders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested before the item ships. Once an item has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order may be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Preorder quantities are limited and available while supplies last. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in the event of undersells, oversells, misprints, or supplier issues. If that happens, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.
